On January 14, 2026, Keith turned 68! He spent most of the day at the Care Center visiting his mom. She has been on hospice for over a year. She fell a week or so ago, and has not really recovered since then. The staff didn't think she would still be around, but she is.
A lot of the family visited the past few days. Chad and I went to Maple Gardens and got a lot of food for the group. We ate in the dining room. Maple Gardens never disappoints. We had Nothing But Bundt Cakes for dessert.
Not exactly the way I had hoped we would spend for his birthday, but we made the best of it.
